Refund terms and conditions
Deposit Return Time
The deposit is returned within 5-7 working days after the tenant leaves and meets all the conditions and can be more if there is a problem that must be resolved for consensus.
Room Condition
The condition of the room must be returned in a clean, tidy and undamaged condition, the same as when you first entered
Damage or Loss
If there is damage or loss of goods belonging to INIKOSKU, repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the deposit.
Fee Arrears
If the tenant still has outstanding fees in any form, the deposit can be used to pay off these obligations.
Tenant's Property
After the rental period ends, INIKOSKU is not responsible for items left behind by the tenant.
